In our endeavours to provide our clients with more integrated talent management support, we are pleased to announce our association with both Dr Erna Fourie and Dr Gustav Gous.

Erna is a professional accountant and specialist in both Leadership Development and Finance for Non Financial Managers. As a curriculum and training specialist, Erna brings a wealth of experience to the field of corporate training and development as well as Online Education

Gustav is a life coach and international speaker with expertise in the fields of Leadership, Motivation and Emotional intelligence. He is best known for his "Diamond Profile Executive Development Programme" which provides a holistic Personal Information Management Tool. 

This tool will provide the basis for our training and development curriculum in the future and examines the link between intra-personal, personality, interpersonal and life development. We will also shortly be launching a fully comprehensive assessment centre that will offer a suite of Psychometric assessment instruments. We also intend providing clients with the latest research in intercultural mapping. Watch this space!

It is exciting to start a new year with such a clear sense of purpose, objectives and Global opportunities.

In our pursuit of "Equipping for Excellence", we are thrilled to announce the formalization of our agreement in December 2007 with Transnational Management Associates - a global Leadership Development Consultancy based in London. As faculty members of the ArcelorMittal University based in Luxembourg, we will be responsible for co-ordinating the South African roll out of a Performance Management Initiative with ArcelorMittal in the first quarter of this year. Later in the year we will be part of the implementation of their Leadership Development Curriculum.

Other projects include ongoing Strategic Sales & Marketing and Internal Communication intitiatives with our other key accounts including VISA International, First National Bank and Netcare Hospitals.

We are also thrilled to be involved for the 9th year with BMW SA Dealer Development and Training in supporting the South African dealer network. We will be looking specifically at Leadership, Coaching and Performance Management in the Automotive environment.
